Your dedicated HR Consultant will undertake a review and update of your contracts of employment, staff handbook and other policies and documents (for example: disciplinary policy, grievance procedures etc.), ensuring all are up to date, legally compliant and reflect best practice.

The documentation will be reviewed by a specialist employment law adviser, meaning the outcome of HR Document Review is that you will end up with bespoke documentation that offers your business the best protection.  We recommend a HR Document Review every three years.
